International Food Design ConferenceOur second International Food Design Conference and Studio has been described as an "outrageous success" by organiser Professor Richard Mitchell from the Food Design Institute. With a range of exceptional keynote speakers including Al Brown, Marije Vogelzang and Michael Ade Elegbede, the three-day experience attracted 150 delegates this year - up from the 100 who attended the inaugural event in 2014.
