Postgraduate Exhibition: Jackie Ryder | "dancing in the sea breeze...bending like skinny limbs"
Jackie Ryder is an artist and a MVA candidate at the Dunedin School of Art. Her process-based practice uses mainly textiles to convey her response and connection to her surroundings. The project explores the use of touch and sound in conjunction with sight, to conceive, make and engage with art. Part of this includes the invitation to touch the work in the exhibition, offering an additional way to understand and connect with the work and the maker.
Dates: Monday March 17-Friday March 21
