Damaged or Incorrect

If you receive your documents and they have been damaged in transit or have a printing error, please get in touch and we will fix this for you, free of charge. This includes details like missing information, incorrect results, spelling errors or marks that shouldn’t be on the page. Please note that damage that occurs after the documents are in your possession is not covered, and will require you to request and pay for a new document.
