A night to connect He Toki graduates with local employers, strengthen industry relationships, and open up pathways into employment — all in a relaxed, community setting.

- Industry Challenge Invitational: Company teams pair up with He Toki ākonga to compete for the trophy and bragging rights.
- Brand Challenges: Makita and Paslode bringing the action with gear, games, and prize packs.
- Rugby Challenge: A fun rugby challenge for something a bit different – laughs guaranteed.
- Kai & Whānau Space: Fulton & Hogan BBQ trailer serving up dinner, plus a dedicated kids’ area.
