Cromwell Campus Accommodation
We have purpose-built accommodation for full-time students in Cromwell. With most furnishing available in the house, all you’ll need is your personal belongings to carry with you and feel at home.

Cromwell campus self-contained houses
We have seven five-bedroom houses with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living area, and single bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with a king-size single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers.
Added perks include:
- the houses are double-glazed and have high-level of insulation
- fully-furnished spaces. Zero hassle to settle in
- shared kitchen, living, and bathroom facilities in each house providing the opportunity to socialise with your house-mates
- unlimited wifi
Rental costs
There is a one-off contingency fee of $300. After that, the weekly rental cost is $175 per room. Power is additional, apportioned and invoiced monthly to individual students (tenants).
