Otago Polytechnic is currently experiencing a phone outage due to a Vodafone issue. We are working hard to resolve this problem. We have limited call functionality available and apologise for this inconvenience.
What isn’t working?
Unfortunately, all of our 0800 numbers and land-based numbers aren’t working (e.g. 03 477 3014). This means that the Contact Centre, Service Desk and Student Health all have limited call availability.
What should I do instead?
Until we resolve this issue, it’d be great if you could please email through any enquiries that you have:
