1. Available online
I choose to make my work publicly available online. My work does not, to the best of my knowledge, infringe upon anyone else's copyright.
2. Available in hard copy
I choose to make my work publicly available by depositing a hard copy in the Robertson Library. I acknowledge that binding a hard copy for this purpose is at my own cost, and that the abstract will be made publicly available online.
3. Request redactions
I wish to apply for approval for redaction of parts of my work. (Explain below why your work ought not to be made publicly available in full. Your explanation should include which parts you seek to redact.)
4. Request embargo
I wish to apply for approval for embargo for a period of one to three years. (Explain below why your work ought not to be made publicly available yet. Your explanation should include how long an embargo is sought.)
5. Request exemption
I wish to apply for approval for exemption from making my work publicly available, with only the abstract being made available online. (Explain why below, including why redaction or embargo is not sufficient to address your concerns.)
Please note that requests may be granted only in exceptional circumstances on grounds of commercial sensitivity, sensitive content, publications pending, or other reason consistent with the Official Information Act and the Privacy Act.
