The Education Code of Practice 2021

As a condition of our pastoral care, we have agreed to observe and be bound by The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021, published by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). This is also known as the Tertiary and International Learners Code of Practice.

For full details of the Code of Practice in English or Te Reo Māori, see the NZQA website

What is the Code of Practice?

We are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our learners to ensure that you have a positive experience with us.

The Code of Practice is a document that clearly outlines the full legal requirements which education providers who enrol domestic and international students must abide by. It sets out the requirements that education provides must meet for the wellbeing and safety of their learners.
