Bachelor of Culinary Arts final year students are set to re-define the boundaries of food design when they present this year’s fEATure Culinary Arts EXCITE student showcase at 6pm, Wednesday 16 November at M Block, Harbour Terrace.
The Bachelor of Culinary Arts degree is the only one of its kind in the southern hemisphere and is an entrée into a career as a cutting edge chef, artisan food producer, food writer, teacher, entrepreneur or promoter.
The reputation of the Otago Polytechnic culinary arts students in presenting highly creative food experiences has become almost legendary. Expect cutting edge culinary arts and innovative design at this very popular event.
