About the course

This hands-on masterclass gives you the chance to make a range of ultra-modern tarts and tartlets under the expert guidance of Wanaka-based pastry chef, Clare Pennell (Cakes of Wanaka). 

Clare will demonstrate how to make the required pastry and fillings and how to decorate like a pro.

The tarts you will learn to make are Caramel Pecan, Savoury Chocolate Extreme, Classic French Lemon, Pistachio Cherry, Ginger Bruleee, and Classic Apple Tart with Spiced Carrot. 

And the best part - you can take everything you make during the workshop home with you!
