Dunedin School of Art is the oldest Art School in New Zealand, with a proud history of championing national and international artists. Learn about how you can apply to become a visiting artist at the Dunedin School of Art.
Dunedin School of Art Residency
This autonomous residency supports artists contributing to the Dunedin School of Art’s wider community and receives a funding contribution from the Fred Staub Open Art Fund. It is open to expressions of interest from national and Trans-Tasman artists by way of proposal.
The selection committee meets twice a year, and their decisions will be publicly announced in March and November each year.
