Take the opportunity to complete group fitness activities and also use a personal trainer.
All fitness capabilities welcome, only health benefits to gain.
Group fitness classes and individualised personal training will give you the opportunity to set goals and help achieve these.
All students are mentored by experienced exercise staff.

A service Package of Assessments (PA) can be created, or the use of a single piece (SP) of equipment can be requested.
Prices range from $75 (SP) to $275 (PA) and include the hire of equipment and a Strength & Conditioning Coach to manage the session.
Services provided:
1. Body Composition & Dimension (BC&D)
Equipment: Scan machine
2. Speed
Components: Action-Reaction, Acceleration-Deceleration, Top-end, Repeated, & Direction change.
Equipment:
- FitLight
- Smart Speed+ Timing Lights & iPAD
- Field-based: BRONCO, Yo Yo (Aerobic Power)
Equipment: Variety of cones, timer, and record sheet.
3. Gym-based:
- Force-Velocity
Equipment: GymAware & iPAD
Exercises: Hip-Hinge, Press – Overhead & Supine, Pull – Overhead & Prone & Trunk (Strength & Power)
- Hamstring strength (balance)
Equipment: NordBord & iPAD
- Jump Power
Equipment: Force Decks & IPAD, and Stadiometer
