For students who are studying off-campus, our support staff are available via phone and email.
The Student Advisors are based on the Dunedin Campus and are available to talk in person, via phone or email anytime. They can help you with any personal problems and study issues as you settle into life at Otago Polytechnic, and offer continued assistance throughout the academic year.

Our Pasifika Advisor provides support to Pacific Island students. Those who identify as being of Pacific Islands descent will be contacted by us, and regular fono are held during the year. Our Advisor is based in Dunedin, and can provide support and advice via phone or email to students at other campuses.
Patricia Quensell is our Career Practitioner who can help with career and study planning. Patricia is based on the Dunedin Campus and is available via phone or email to provide career and study guidance to off-campus students.

A counsellor is available Monday evenings from 6pm-9pm for a Skype or phone appointment.

Find out about places of worship or talk to someone who can understand your spiritual needs. Our Chaplain can help you with a range of issues, such as homesickness, grief and blessing flats. Based in Dunedin, the Chaplain is available via phone or email for students that are based on other campuses.
