Dunedin and Central Graduations
I don’t know my results yet, should I register for graduation?
Yes, you should register even you haven't had your results yet. All graduation registrations are subject to your final results and the successful completion of your programme. If you are unsure if you are eligible to graduate please contact your Programme Leader or School/College Administrator before you register.
When does registration open?
Registration for Semester 1 2019 finishing students ONLY opens via your student hub on Friday 31 May 2019.
When does registration close?
Registrations close on Monday 17 June 2019 for SEMESTER ONE finishing students only. If you have not registered by this date you will be registered as absentia and will receive your award via courier to your current mailing address.
PLEASE ENSURE that your correct mailihg address is updated on your student hub, alternatvely you can call into Customer Services reception and they can check your address and update for you if necessary.
SEMESTER TWO finishing students, will be able to register for graduation mid October 2019. A registration link will be sent to your email address, please check both your personal & student email in-boxes at this time. If you have not received a link by the end of October 2019, please email us at email@example.com.
Can I purchase extra tickets and do I pay for extra tickets?
You will be allocated a guest pass which entitles you to have four guest seats (you do not require one for yourself if you are graduating). Any extra requests for extra guest seats are subject to availability of unallocated seats and there is NO guarantee that you will receive the extra number you have requested.
Please apply for extra guest seat requirements via your Student Hub when you register online.
What time and which ceremony will I be graduating in?
Every college/school has been allocated a specific graduation ceremony date and time.
The graduation ceremony that your college/school is allocated to, will be automatically updated when you register via your student hub.
When and where is the parade down the main street?
For December 2019 ceremony only:

I think I’m eligible but the registration message doesn’t appear when I log in to the Student Hub?
Don’t panic. We try to ensure that everything is ticking along smoothly but sometimes we need to make a few tweaks. If you feel that you are eligible to graduate but a registration message isn’t appearing when you log into the Student Hub, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
