Dunedin and Central Graduations
I don’t know my results yet, should I register for graduation?
Yes, you should register even if you haven't had your results yet. All graduation registrations are subject to your final results and the successful completion of your programme. If you are unsure if you are eligible to graduate please contact your Programme Leader or School/College Administrator before you register.
When does registration open?
Registration for all eligible students opens via your student hub on Monday 14 October 2019 5.00 pm (a registration link will also be emailed).
When does registration close?
Registrations close on Friday 8 November 2019 5.00 pm. PLEASE NOTE - If you have not registered by this date you will be registered as absentia and will receive your award via courier to your current mailing address.
PLEASE ENSURE - that your correct mailing address is updated on your student hub, alternatively you can call into Customer Services reception to check your mailing address is correct on our system and we can update for you.
Can I purchase extra tickets and do I pay for extra tickets?
You will be allocated a guest pass which entitles you to have four guest seats (you do not require one for yourself if you are graduating). Any extra requests for extra guest seats are subject to availability of unallocated seats and there is NO guarantee that you will receive the extra number you have requested.
Please apply for extra guest seat requirements via your Student Hub when you register online.
What time and which ceremony will I be graduating in?
Every college/school has been allocated a specific graduation ceremony date and time.
The graduation ceremony that your college/school is allocated to, will be automatically updated when you register via your student hub.
When and where is the parade down the main street?
For December 2019 ceremony only:

I think I’m eligible but the registration message doesn’t appear when I log in to the Student Hub?
Don’t panic. We try to ensure that everything is ticking along smoothly but sometimes we need to make a few tweaks. If you feel that you are eligible to graduate but a registration message isn’t appearing when you log into the Student Hub, please email email@example.com
