If you love beer, imagine yourself with a career in the brewing industry. Whether you’re new to this creative industry, or a long-time home brewer, learn the art and science of brewing from the ground up.
A Brewing qualification will give you the practical skills and technical knowledge to produce various types of craft beer. Designed to meet industry needs, our brewing courses are suitable for home brewers through to those who have experience in the industry.
Our Cromwell campus is home to New Zealand’s first dedicated Brew School, making it one of a kind. Here you will learn through hands-on experience, from crafting beer in our fully commercial and purpose-built brewery; the Otago Brew School, right through to production and selling.
Our Brewing qualifications can be studied online, in-work or at our Cromwell campus.
