Unit Standard 17285: Demonstrate Knowledge of Commercial Espresso Coffee Equipment and Prepare Espresso Beverages Under Supervision (Level 2, 4 Credits)
Courses will be run by prior arrangement for a full cohort from individual secondary schools. This espresso course is unit standard-based and can be credited if applicable to our full-time programmes.
Each class is limited to 12 students.
