Wanting to take that next step in the horticulture industry?
This course is from our New Zealand Diploma in Horticulture Production (Level 5) (Fruit Production).
Over a 10-week period, you will learn about:
- leadership and relationship management theories relevant to the fruit industry
- how to develop relationships within a team environment using skills relevant to the fruit production industry
- how to lead and manage teams in specified fruit production operations or roles.
Delivery is online with work-based tasks making this course ideal to study alongside employment.
Entry requirements
- It is preferred that you are currently working in the horticulture industry as a practising manager or with some responsibility for the performance of others.
- Ideally, you would have completed some tertiary study at Level 3 or above in related fields.
Equipment needed
Access to a computer, Microsoft Word and a stable internet connection.
Further study options
This course is part of the New Zealand Diploma in Horticulture Production (Level 5) (Fruit Production). Once you have completed this course, you could continue with the rest of the Diploma.
