Develop fundamental knowledge and techniques in automotive engineering. Learn a range of servicing procedures, engineering and welding skills; and about braking, ignition and wiring systems. This programme is delivered on campus with practical training in our workshop and 100 hours of work experience.

This Level 3 programme is the only one of its kind in New Zealand and has been specifically designed by Cornerstone Education Limited and the Bicycle Industry Association of NZ (BIANZ) to provide industry-relevant, up-to-date theoretical and practical training. National Certificate in Motor Industry (Entry Skills) (Level 2)

This Youth Guarantee programme is available to 16-19 year olds who have been thinking about leaving school or who have left school and are not sure how to enter higher education or employment. Get the practical skills you need to advance into Level 3 and 4 apprenticeship-based qualifications. You will complete 160 hours of work experience and undertake a lot of hands-on learning in our on-site automotive workshop.
